Justin Zinke - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zinke joined Decision Dynamics in October 2004 as Vice President of Operations and became Chief Operating Officer in July 2005. He was appointed CEO in October 2006. Mr. Zinke has more than 20 years of international experience with UOP in the management of advanced application projects for the process industries. He has held key management and executive positions at Hyprotech Ltd. and Aspen Technology Inc. with responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, professional services and customer support. Mr. Zinke holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kim Tremblay - Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Tremblay joined Decision Dynamics in October 2005 as Manager of Accounting, and assumed the Controller role in November 2006. She was appointed CFO in May 2008. Obtaining her Certified General Accountant designation in 1998, Ms. Tremblay has 20 years experience primarily in the technology sector. Prior to joining Decision Dynamics, Ms. Tremblay was the Finance Manager for the Calgary operation of Autodesk, Inc.

Jason MacVicar - Executive Vice President, Sales

Mr. MacVicar joined Decision Dynamics in September 2008 as Vice President, Sales and was appointed Executive Vice President, Sales in October 2008. He has 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the energy industry with 5 years of delivering information technology and ERP solutions to major companies such as Teck Cominco, Direct Energy and Aux Sable. Prior to joining Decision Dynamics, Mr. MacVicar was Sales Manager, North America for WellPoint Systems.
